Koristi se u industriji, razvoju proizvoda, izradi prototipova, proizvodnji funkcionalnih dijelova te u brojnim tehni\u010dkim i kreativnim primjenama. Zahvaljuju\u0107i svojoj pristupa\u010dnosti, brzini i velikom izboru materijala, FDM tehnologija postala je vrlo va\u017eno rje\u0161enje za izradu plasti\u010dnih komponenti razli\u010ditih namjena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako tra\u017eite na\u010din za brzu izradu prototipa, manjih serija ili zamjenskih dijelova, FDM 3D printanje \u010desto je jedno od najisplativijih rje\u0161enja. Posebno je korisno kada je potrebno izraditi dio bez skupih alata, kalupa ili dugih proizvodnih rokova. Upravo zato ova tehnologija ima sve ve\u0107u primjenu u poslovanju, servisu, razvoju i odr\u017eavanju opreme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to je FDM 3D printanje?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70)\">FDM je kratica za&nbsp;<em>Fused Deposition Modeling<\/em>, odnosno postupak 3D printanja kod kojeg se termoplasti\u010dni materijal zagrijava i pola\u017ee sloj po sloj dok se ne izradi gotov predmet. Materijal dolazi u obliku filamenta, a printer ga topi i precizno nanosi prema digitalnom 3D modelu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cijeli proces temelji se na aditivnoj proizvodnji, \u0161to zna\u010di da se objekt stvara dodavanjem materijala, za razliku od klasi\u010dnih metoda obrade gdje se materijal uklanja. Na taj na\u010din mogu\u0107e je brzo izraditi slo\u017eene oblike, funkcionalne geometrije i prilago\u0111ene dijelove bez potrebe za konvencionalnim alatima. Model se zatim obra\u0111uje u posebnom softveru koji ga pretvara u upute za printer. Nakon toga printer po\u010dinje graditi predmet sloj po sloj, prema zadanoj geometriji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kvaliteta finalnog dijela ovisi o vi\u0161e faktora, uklju\u010duju\u0107i vrstu materijala, visinu sloja, orijentaciju modela, temperaturu printanja i konstrukciju samog dijela. Kada se svi parametri pravilno postave, FDM print mo\u017ee dati vrlo kvalitetne rezultate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FDM tehnologija koristi se u brojnim industrijama i podru\u010djima rada. Njezina najve\u0107a vrijednost je u tome \u0161to mo\u017ee odgovoriti i na jednostavne i na vrlo specifi\u010dne zahtjeve. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e primjene uklju\u010duju: izradu prototipova razvoj novih proizvoda, proizvodnju zamjenskih dijelova, izradu nosa\u010da, ku\u0107i\u0161ta i adaptera, tehni\u010dke i funkcionalne komponente, male proizvodne serije, prilago\u0111ene dijelove prema potrebi korisnika. U praksi se FDM 3D printanje \u010desto koristi kada dio vi\u0161e nije dostupan na tr\u017ei\u0161tu, kada treba brzo napraviti testni model ili kada je potrebno proizvesti specifi\u010dnu komponentu bez velikih po\u010detnih ulaganja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Materijali za FDM 3D printanje<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Velika prednost FDM tehnologije je \u0161irok izbor materijala. Ovisno o namjeni dijela, mogu\u0107e je odabrati filament s razli\u010ditim mehani\u010dkim, toplinskim i kemijskim svojstvima kao \u0161to su PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, Nylon, kompozitni materijali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svaki od ovih materijala ima svoju primjenu. PLA je jednostavan za printanje i dobar za vizualne modele i prototipove. PETG je vrlo popularan za funkcionalne dijelove zbog dobre \u010dvrsto\u0107e i otpornosti na vlagu. ABS i ASA koriste se kada su potrebna bolja tehni\u010dka svojstva i otpornost na zahtjevnije uvjete. TPU je fleksibilan materijal, dok najlon nudi visoku \u017eilavost i otpornost na tro\u0161enje. Odabir materijala uvijek treba uskladiti s konkretnom funkcijom dijela i uvjetima u kojima \u0107e se koristiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ograni\u010denja FDM tehnologije<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iako FDM 3D printanje ima brojne prednosti, va\u017eno je razumjeti i njegova ograni\u010denja. Nisu svi dijelovi prikladni za ovu tehnologiju, a kona\u010dna kvaliteta ovisi o vrsti primjene i tehni\u010dkim zahtjevima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neka od mogu\u0107ih ograni\u010denja su:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>vidljiva slojevitost povr\u0161ine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>anizotropija materijala, odnosno razli\u010dita \u010dvrsto\u0107a po smjerovima slojeva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>potreba za dodatnom obradom kod odre\u0111enih dijelova<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ograni\u010denja kod vrlo visokih temperatura ili ekstremnih optere\u0107enja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zato je za kvalitetan rezultat va\u017eno procijeniti je li FDM pravi izbor za konkretan projekt.
